Thank you. Apart from the cladding, most of it was something else. The roof was a heavy door and the floor was a kitchen table 1¼" thick. I varnished the whole thing. It worked out cheaper than friendly wood preserver, has a deeper penetration and seals the wood completely. My Silkies look like ants in it lol

Thank you, I've left a ½"x 12" gap along the top at the back under an overhang and there are two small holes in the hatch, which is made from iron plate, formerly a sun shade base. It also has a light fitting and reflector for a red heat bulb for the colder months
