Yay Chicks! :
1) I know you didn't ask for this advice, but I am concerned about your heat lamp. You really don't need it and it might do more harm than good. We changed it to a little light just enough to keep their combs and feet from frostbite since its been like -20 here
2) Opening windows below the roost will create a draft. Ventilation should be above the heads of the birds when they are roosting. OK I'll ask my mom about that but we let out a lot of air since we go in and out of there
Otherwise, it looks like a nice little coop.
