The door is on the side the high part is the front how much ventilation gap do I need up top??

I'd put lots of ventilation way up high all the way around...then lots of windows with shutters you can close in winter to adjust ventilation depending on prevailing winds and storms and such.

Update!!! Its looking better all the time!! Bottom is gonna be 8 hen boxes across 12inches wide 14 inches tall sloping to 9inches gonna have shutters on all the vents and windows

Rubber roll on floor on top of advantech 3/4 decking and 1foot rub rail around floor.
