Yep new, just started a year ago

2 - started with 4. started over with 4 more after a possum incident, down to 2 after hawk incidents
not easy to keep these guys going

Barred Plymouth Rock, Easter Egger
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Eggs

DIY farm equipment, drone flying, coffee, sensors and ai

family is the reason we got into this - wife and kids wanted some chickens! lab was ready for dinner at first but now is their best friend / guardian
