well finally done with it! thanks to everyone on this site for the ideas. hope you guys like it, I know i do and the little chickens sure do love it. here is the progress pics as i was building it...

Is there a ramp to the roost.....where is the nest box?
 
Yes there is a ramp.. there are 2 nest boxes inside the little blue door.
