harbor freights, they have a solar shed light which alot of time is on sale for $20... been very happy with mine.

The rest of the setup TOO, though, probably not. (Depending on what wattage of heater you are going to want, and how often it will be on during the day, of course). JUST the battery you'll need is going to be around $100, and you might need more than one.
