New coop.

Hello all,
I am currently working on expanding my flock /coop / run. I currently have an 8x7 coop and 16x16 run.
I have decided to build a new coop (8x12) and run (16x16) beside the current run. Does anybody have any “must have” ideas that I should incorporate in the design?
I currently have 18 hens of various breeds one EE rooster and 19 chicks (eggs from my hens). I will move the adults into the new coop and move the chicks into the small coop.
I use roosts with sweet PDZ (amazing).
