The layout looks good, the only suggestion I have is to put the ramp to the big roost parallel to the poop board so it's not in the middle of the floor where you want to walk to clean the poop board.

You could possibly shorten the ramp if you had it stop a foot from the floor.

The reason I put it where it is , if I put it next to the poop board it will be in front of the nesting box, I could move it closer to the pop door

I just have one big roll out nest box they will go around, under and over to get in there lol. I'm just thinking about you when your working in there.

I could just turn it and have the top on the south side poop board and the bottom facing the pop door, then it doesn't block any nesting boxes, and it's not in my way,
