Has anyone ever used a Rubber Made shed or a Vinyl shed for a coop? We need to redo ours and looking for inexpensive ore built.

No, I haven't but I recommend you use pallets for your coop because they already have ventilation and some places give them away for free.

Many have, not sure it's a good idea in your climate....you'd have to add a lot of ventilation.
