New coop

We made a new coop for my quails outside, but they have never gone outside and the temperature is much hotter than they are used to. Is this okay? They seem to be panting but arent drinking much of the water. Is there anything that could help them be more confortable. Also note that its wire bottom which is a first as well.

Make sure they have plenty of shade and water. I put frozen 2 liter bottles of ice in their pens too on really hot days.
