New coop

I think it looks a little steep, I think I read on here about really steep ramps can cause problems for their legs/hips? Maybe someone can chime in, I'm so new to chickens!
Otherwise your set up looks fantastic!!! You guys have done such a great job.

You could maybe place a bench or something about half as high as the roost platform, give them a midway point.

We found a longer 2x8 outside and are gonna rebuild their ladder and move their water and feed around to accommodate it.

They still look pretty young. Our chicks didn't roost until they were older. Love your coop!

They are 6 weeks old today DH went and put them all (81 of them) on the roost last night because the heat lamps are up high. He teases me because I like the chickens so much, but he's just as guilty of doting over them

I had nest boxes for my girls but they refused to use them. They just layed on the floor in the corner. I ended up pulling them out and made a small brooder there. So now my coop has no boxes and the girls are happy I stopped moving them.
