I am currently incubating 12 coturnix eggs. I am new to quail so I was wondering if a brensea brooder will work for these chicks? I had it for my chicken chicks and loved it. For safety reasons I don't want to have a heat lamp.

Thanks

I don't have experience with a brinsea brooder but as long as you can control the heat to have a sufficient hot spot with a cooler area and it's made in such a way that smaller quail chicks wouldn't get stuck or caught in anything, it should do okay ^^

If you are talking about their heat plate, it should work fine. I use Mama Heating Pad for my coturnix chicks and it worked fine. It is the same principle.
