New Coturnix keeper

Dear all.

Just joined BYC. Can't keep chickens where I live so keeping Coturnix instead. Have jumbo and also white egg-laying strain of normal size. Looking at transferring the white egg-laying gene into the Jumbos if possible. Any advice gratefully received.
