A large person whould have a hard time with a Pekin sitting on their shoulder. or any large breed duck for that matter.

I'm still picturing a Pekin on anyone's shoulder...
I make it a point to not let Daisy sit up on me like that mostly because I remember being told with my parrot to not let them feel they are above you status-wise. That,& muscovy nails aren't great for shoulders...
