Hi there! I've got a few animals (6 ducks, 5 goats, 4 chickens, 3 cats and a dog) but this is the first time I've owned ducks. At first it was like chickens that really liked water but now that they're growing up I'm lost. Hopefully I can get help here.

Different things at different times. I read all I could before getting them but it seems that wasn't enough. Right now I'm worried about them flying away.
Have you looked at trimming their primary wing feathers? Even if you just take off the very tips so they can't get too much height but can still use them for a little lift might comfort you a little. In my experience I've never had a duck fly away, and unless they're new birds who haven't figured out where home is yet I don't tend to trim.
