New duck step-mom

Hi. A friend decided to try hatching some abandoned duxk eggs that were left in her yard. One of the ducklings was born with a constricted leg. The leg is help up high against the body with the foot curled. I feel sure that do.ethjng can be done, but that we need to start soon. Can anyone tell me how to help straighten his little leg, please?
