I put an eighth of a teaspoon in about a quarter of a gallon so i could keep giving them fresh water. And they will move a little bit, but for the most part they have been laying in the corner of their kennel picking at their new feathers or sleeping.

Its not the acv that would cause that sort of issue. That is relatively normal amounts to add in

So they aren't being active at all?
