New duckling hatch stomach problems

I have new baby duckling. Hatch. But his stomach seem to be out. I’m not sure if it’s stomach or yoke but I can see his skin open and the is out like a bowl.
Please if there anything you know. So I can help him out I will really appreciate it. Even. If there’s doctor or something. Please let me know where I can search for one. I live an Utah.

Is it’s yolk sac still attached to the navel? Pictures would be helpful. Usually when one hatched like this it is recommended to put it in a cup if it still has absorbing to do. Maybe @Isaac 0 could be of assistance, as he is more experienced than me. I hope your little duckling pulls through.

A few pictures would be helpful. You can do as @FunnyfarmMidwest suggested, and set the duckling in a cup, lined with dry paper towels, and let it absorb the rest of the yolk.
