New ducklings and niacin

That’s a good amount so since you have Pekins might be best to still offer the b complex instead of waiting and possibly having one come down with lameness. What do you think @casportpony
My bad, I think with Pekins I would want them to have 70 ppm, so 3.5 ml per 2.2 pounds of feed.
Yeah, I would not wait, I would supplement and adjust amounts after hearing back from them.

Now that confuses me but maybe you can figure that out what@casportpony said,to me I’d go with Nutritional yeast because putting in on their feed at 1 tab per cup is easy for me to understand and saving the b complex in case anything was to show up. That way you can give to the individual duckling if needing the liquid. Just me and keeping it simple. lol

Most ducks need feed that contains 55 mg of niacin per pound of food, but some say Pekins need 70 mg niacin per pound of food.

Liquid or powder, doesn't matter as long as the proper mg per pound are added to the feed.

How many mg are in a tablespoon of yeast? That's something I would books to figure out one of these days. :D

Yes that seems the easiest. I will look where to buy that.
