New ducklings, need help with breed and sex

We recently bought two ducklings from a nearby feed mill yesterday and according to the staff there, there were only two breeds available. Black runners and white star hybrids. I asked for two white star hybrids but they don't look the same, and I'm worried that we got the wrong ones. As for the sex of the two i am just curious and in need of help. Thanks

I haven't had either breed so I can't help but I wanted to say that the photos are super cute! Are these pictures of the same duckling?

White star hybrid ducks are white .. and the ducklings pure yellow.
Yours look like golden 300, or another golden hybrid layer breed

Still good layers tho
