new farmer in need of answers

i picked up 8 black sex linked chicks at tractor supply last nite .got them brooding they were a little older than normal.and the guy said the were 1 dollar instead of 2 because new shipments were coming in.after researching a bit i think i bought all males .they have white on their heads.does this definetly mean they are male or is there a chance some are hens .looked like the breed i wanted but didnt ask about sex ,,,,,,,oops

Maybe post this over on the "Raising Chicks" forum and see if they can ID the sex of the chicks?

Unless you got them out of a bin labeled "straight run" I would think you would have at least a few pullets. I'd post pic's here when they are a little older.
