New Feather Mommy to 5 chicks and 2 geese

[Feather Mommy]

I am new to raising chickens and geese! My flock is 1 week old today! I am in love!

I have 2 White Leghorns, 2 Dominique, 1 New Hampshire Red, and 2 Roman Tufted Geese. I am adding 3 new chicks today. One more Dominique and 2 Buff Orpingtons.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to introduce the 3 new chicks to the existing flock? They will be the same age. Under a week and a half old. They have not established a pecking order yet, so I don't see any problem with that. Should I keep them separate for illness?

That small of an age difference in chicks won't be an issue if you just put the new ones in.
The goslings in with the chicks IS an issue. They grow much faster and have different needs. I would brood them separately.
