Hey my chickens are nice but my rooster is mean is there a way to make him taimer? He is like Mr. tuff guy all the time and he took a chunk out of my back. And it really hurt. ( sigh )

I am also fairly new to this.... But I believe that you should at the very least keep the injured chicken in a box or pen that the other chickens can't get in to. It can be a cage in the chicken pen, or one inside the house. Keep the chicken warm. Give it plenty to drink and you could add just a little bit of sugar to the water (brown sugar is ok too) Maybe 1 teaspoon to 2 cups of water.

Again, post in the other location, and give more detail about what injuries you think it has, and how it is acting.
