We did have a pet snake once. It was a red rat snake. I have also taken care of a couple of ball pythons before for a small time.

I love snakes! I had a red rat snake too! And a ringneck.

Thank you, drumstick diva. She has been my constant companion. When I hatched her and took her home, she would not stop peeping until I came back to see her. She would follow me around and wouldn't fall asleep unless I was with her. She was very attached to me and it just made me love her even more! I may not look like a mother hen, but to her I guess I was. Our relationship has continued to grow and is just as special as the day I brought her home.

I just helped out this little one from baking in the road the other day. I believe it is a juvenile black racer.
