New flock

I’m new to the hobby and wanting a small flock. No more than 12 hens and 1 rooster. I am considering a mix of Jersey Giant , Orphs , Marans and Cochin. Do these breeds House well together?

If you raise them all from chicks I think they will be fine I mix breeds all the time but they need to start out as chicks and grow up together but I think they will be fine

Welcome! It sounds like a nice group, for a cold climate. In the South or Southwest, maybe not. they aren't hot weather breed types. I like all of them myself!
