I had a lonely hen living free in my 400m square garden, I brought to her finally a new hen yesterday, but I don't have a cage for her, now the new hen is in 2x1 small cage, because I afraid that I let it move free in my garden and escape from it. My question is, will it escape if I release it to move free with my old hen?

If you've caged it for a couple of days, it should stick around close by once you release it, especially with the first hen hanging around. It's instinct for a lone chicken to see the company of a flock, even if it's just one chicken.

Do you have a coop? Or are you planning on getting a coop? If so... I would suggest to put your new hen in the coop for about a week, with food and water of course, and then (leaving the food and water in the coop) open the door and let her out. She will be "trained" to the new coop and will regard it as home by that time. With the food and water in there, the other hen will probably start going in there too, once she makes friends with the new hen. That way they will both start going in the coop at night.
