Hiya, and welcome to BYC!

If you think her beak might be sore, cracked, or even if just scratched, I would soak some chick crumbles in a dish for her so she's not pecking stuff for a few days or a week. It can heal better if not constantly getting banged. Those wet chick crumbles are a hit with all chicks and chickens if you haven't tried it yet.

Hi! It's good you are being very attentive. I don't think it looks like a big worry, but keeping an eye on it won't hurt! Definitely post in the ER forum that @N F C posted if you think it needs some more attention.
