Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I hope everything goes smoothly for these 6 chicks. Just tucked them into bed (4x2x2 wire cage) near the house. Man those things can EAT! I filled up their food container this morning when I put them out and it was EMPTY this evening. They hadn't even scattered it too far. Most days it's almost gone, but not picked clean like today. Gotta build them a more permanent housing arrangement. I don't want to keep having to drag them around morning and night. They don't seem to like it either. Gotta say though that the kids absolutely love them. Keeps them busy for at least an hour a day playing with them.
