I'm sure keeping rabbits have kept you on your toes about predators. You'll like having chickens!
It's funny, the only issue we have had with predators was a neighbors dogs when we first moved out here. I threatened to shoot the dann dogs and fixed the pens. Since then no issue. We have even had a Bobcat about 50 feet from the fenced rabbit/chicken/goat run. The bobcat was busy catching cotton tails. I feel very fortunate to not have the issues.
Oh we did have a bear with two cubs once, she preferred the trash over climbing a fence to get a "happy meal"
