Have you tried Cackle Hatchery? I am not 100% sure if they ship to Texas but I believe that the vaccinate them you just have to pay extra.

Unfortunately we need older chickens, at least 6 months old, because these are hopefully going to be companions to our lonely 8 month old Amerucana who just lost her bestie to Marek’s. She’s been sleeping off by herself in the coop and looking all over the yard every day for her friend and it just breaks my heart : (

Welcome to BYC. You have to be careful, Mareks can live in the soil etc, vaccinations don't prevent it, just hopefully cause a lighter case of Mareks.
