In the Brooder
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I got my first chickens back in April of this year, so yes I’m new to it 
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? 13
(3) What breeds do you have? RIR, lavender Orpington rooster, olive eggers and rainbow layers
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Getting fresh eggs everyday and just getting to interact with my chickens and getting to know their personalities
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Reading and shopping
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I live with my bf and my daughter in Frankfort, KY. Besides our chickens, we also have 4 dogs. I am a RN and I work nights.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found BYC thru a google search about a certain topic and decided to join to get some advice.
