Hi all. My name is Robin. I have 8 chickens I'm raising. I've had them since April of this year. I joined so I can learn more about chickens. I had almost zero knowledge, aside from basics, before I got my girls. They've grown so fast. They were chicks when I got them and they are now laying eggs. I look forward to learning from you all.

I know they're all girls. I forgot the breed. Like I said, my knowledge of chickens is very limited. Up until I got my girls, I was scared of chickens because I thought they attacked people, know I know better.

Yes. Now you know they tend to avoid getting touched or picked up unless acclimated to such things from the start.
