Just found this topic i acctually registered 2 or 3 weeks ago. But anyway i have raised bobwhite, Manchurian X pheasant, white rock and mixed breed chickens, and used to keep roller mix pigeons as a teen wanting to get back in on a larger scale as soon as i can get a little land, have several poultry and exotic auctions in my area and i go every chance i get. o right now i have a beagle 3 fancy rats and an adorable midgit (14 month old daughter). Any body in my area drop me a line alway looking for someone close to swap critters, stories, and tips with.

Chookschick may i recomend the bi annual poultry and exotics auction in gardner It is one of the best 1 day auctions i've ever been to. This place has lots of interesting critters to see and is where you can really pull in some money off chickens as well as many other fowl. I'm wanting a trio of standard buff cochins i heard they have brought $40 a peice for breeding quality animals for the last couple years now.
