Hi there, New Zealand! Welcome! Have to say that I LOVE what I have seen of your beautiful country in films such as Lord of the Rings, and am so happy you have joined us! I am only familiar with Silver Laced and Golden Laced Wyandottes, which are magnificent birds I hope to add to my flock some day, so looking forward to seeing these mottled ones you describe. I still have much to learn!

Can you post pictures of your mottled bantam Wyandotte? I've never seen one before.

I can't post pics yet as this is still a work in progress - I just hatched some cute rose-combed mottle chicks but I will still have to keep working to bring them back to Wyandotte type.
