I have been grounded here for nearly 10 years due to the poultry. I just don't trust anyone to take care of my babies. And I am with you Sylvester, I don't trust automatic waterers, feeders or pop door closers. I am sure all my birds would get locked out at dusk if I weren't there to wrangle them in! LOL
I guess this is one of the downfalls of owning poultry. However all the great things about them definitely make it all worth while.
