Hello from South Jersey!

Our chicks will be arriving in 3 weeks.

The kids are so excited they can barely stand it.

My wife thinks I'm nuts between this endeavor and the honeybees I started back in March lol.

I am a reformed spouse. I thought dh was nuts when he brought home an incubator and eggs. Soon as those babies popped out of their shells I was smitten. Cannot believe we ever didn't have chooks. Love em.

Welcome! I also am from South Jersey. Got my first chicks back in May and have been amazed at what a wonderful experience this has been. Love my girls, I have 6 and I get 4 - 5 eggs a day. Pets that give me breakfast! Love it! DH tolerates my madness and cares about their well-being. Who cares if we're crazy?
