New from Texas

Hello, I live in Aledo, Texas. Aledo is just west of Fort Worth. My husband and I have 2 boys (1 in college, 1 a senior in high school), 2 dogs, 2 goats and the chickens. The chickens consist of Rhode Island Reds, a few Welsummers, Auracanas (I never know if I spell that correctly or not) silver laced, golden laced and partridge Cochins, as well as a few other breeds, all standard. I really enjoy the chickens. I sell a lot of eggs to neighbors and co-workers. It's hard to keep up with the demand which is a good thing.

Have been a lurker on here many times, figured it was time to join.
