I read your post. We have chickens (5)and live in Plymouth Township,Mi. A warrant was issued for my friend and she was arrested. She hadn't had a prior notice to appear in court or anything an they just issued this warrant for her arrest because she has chickens. she now has to appear in court in October. We had told and provided the ordinance officer with the Right to Farm Act and she chose to ignore it an has pursued use vigorously. We are in desperate need of legal services. you sound like you would be aware of the laws pertaining to protect us from this prosecution.
