My chickens run too when the new kids come in, and if I imtroduce a lot, the older feathered kids hide in the back corner of my run and look at the newcomers. And if one comes over, they all crowd further back in the corner to avoid it touching them. They sleep outside and just duck their heads in the coop for a drink and a bite of food and avoid touching the floor as well. In a few days though, they crawl put of the corner, and begin to live in the coop again and accept the new kids as just more chickens, which I am sure your runners will too. Just give them a few days to get used to seeing her.

I'd be careful using layer with a Pekin they can have leg issues anyway from just being so heavy, why not get a All flock and just put oyster shell our for your Runners that is what most do here when we have mixed ages. Purina makes Flock Raiser. Which is formulated for all poultry not just chickens. Your Pekin is beautiful.
