new girl to the flock

HELLO EVERYONE,

FOUR DAYS AGO WE BROUGHT A NEW GIRL TO OUR ALREADY ESTABLISHED FLOCK... SHE IS A 15 WEEK OLD BARNAVELDER, HOWEVER SHE IS WILD!! HAVE TRIED HANDLING HER BUT SHE HATES IT, CRIES AND FLAPS, SHE JUMPED ON A SIX FOOT FENCE AND ENDED IN THE NEIGHBOURS GARDEN, POOR THING, ANYONE ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW WE CAN HELP HER ADJUST AND SETTLE IN HER LOVELY NEW HOME [;

First thing I would suggest is a cover on your run or pen, so she can't get over the fence- mauled, injured or carried away by a predator.
