I am new to owning any type of birds. We have 10 New Guinea hens that are about 10 weeks old. I started noticing they all are missing feathers on the back of their necks. I've read about them pecking at eachother but I don't ever see them being aggressive towards eachother. I went out for the second time today to checkbon them and one of their faces looks raw and bloody. Someone please help I'm not sure what to do!

Sounds like they are picking on each other while you are away. The one who's been pecked the worst can be isolated until it heals. If you leave it in there it is likely to keep getting beat up as most birds are attracted to anything looking out of the ordinary. When they see blood they peck more and more.
I had a broody hen who started attacking one of the chicks she hatched. She looked like she would peck its head to death so i raised it in a cardboard box in my bathroom until it was big enough to run away from her fast enough.
Good luck to you!
