Holly Springs Ga
Hello everyone, my name is Tyler. I own a very small apiary and now I want to expand to a small flock of hens. Recently the county I lived in changed their zoning laws to allow small flocks ( Cherokee county) however the city I live in (Holl Springs) still runs on the old 2 acres for 1 animal and 1 acre for everyone there after. I've come here seeking guidance and a small army to get this rule change. Please check out my Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Backyard-Chicken-for-Holly-Springs/142723162569685 !Thanks everybody and I look forward to hopefully raising some birds next season.

search for your state thread on the where am I, where are you forum - post your problem there, maybe you can raise an army or at least someone experienced in fighting for chickens in every yard. Even Chicago allows chickens in city lots, I lived there the first 22 years of my life and never knew that. If Chicago can allow that, every city should.
