Hey all. I got interested in chickens a couple years ago, starting with broilers. This year, I got the broilers and 6 layers (2 each of RI Reds, Red Stars, Pearl White Leghorns). I made them a huge condo. 8x12 shed, divided for storage and living quarters. My girls just started giving me eggs last week. Now up to four a day. Came here to learn how to keep them better, though they're doing fine right now. I love the Redstars, very friendly, the RI Reds are so-so, the Leghorns hate me. I look forward to reading lots of info.
