Thanks all, I am 95 pct done with the pen, I am going to get birds this Saturday when I pass the feed store. I was going to get 3 but think I will do 4. Been readin a lot, and have learned a lot already...

Do you know if they will let you have chickens in seminole county Fl? Two houses down they have them and goats and not sure if they are supose to but I think its great! My kids love walking down to look at the chickens and goats. I saw they are having a farm trade at Flea world the 12th. Never went but might check it out. Were did you get chickens from ? Still would have to build a pin here. Think the kids would love silkies.
