I have always had chickens, even in the city where I was born in. We moved to a farm when I was just 6 years old and continued raising our own flock.
When I was in HS I used to sell hundreds of dozen eggs to customers at our farm stand. Now 40 some years latter my grandsons are getting into the egg business. They were just given a flock of a hundred laying hens, and the customer list.
I have been researching the regulations for selling to stores. This forum is full of a lot of information and some poor misinformation. I will post what I find out here in Ohio.
Tom the Bee Guy,, I also am a Beekeeper.
