I will be home on or around the fourth of July , I am from the Lorain area and am looking to improve my current line of hatchery stock that I have been breeding for about a year and a half they are from Meyer down in Polk and are a good representation of the breed , I am looking to improve on the size and egg laying ability of my hens, I maintain this small flock of Hampshire bird for my hybrid cross that I breed and hatch I want to bolster the the top side of this cross , tnx for your reply

Let us know if you want eggs then. We plan on turning our incubator off in June. We could have started birds for you too.

not sure on ideal but I can speak for meyer , they are true to the breed and have been solid producers here for the last year,, no fertility problems or genetic issues to date color and structure is sound . Good luck

I have some from ideal. They are nice birds that lay well. I recently got some German NH from desertmarcy that are about six weeks old and they are beyond awesome. Depends on what you want.
