If that's your male in your profile picture he's very handsome. @Kiki is an authority on productivity as hens age I believe. I'd say at three years they'll start slowing down and by four or five they may no longer be worth the food you are putting into them. That of course is if they are production-type birds. Exhibition-quality birds tend to not lay as many eggs throughout the year, so they may actually lay longer albeit less religiously.
