New Hatcher.....Day21 no signs of pip

Hi Everyone. My husband and I are very new to this. We have 12 eggs in the bator right now. We dont know how many days they are because when we got them the oldest was 6 days:-( so we know we have one that is on day 21. They egg is black inside when we candled.the air cell looks good. Temp is about 99-101. The humidity is only 30% but do i move the one egg and raise humidity? I am very confused after everything i read. When do i help this egg? Do i help at all?

HI, The count for days start from when you put them in the incubator................not when they were collected...........They have to have heat to start to grow. So, if you put them in on the same day............that day starts your count.........

They guy we got them from had them in an incubater from the lay date. They only came out to transport to our house, then right back in.
