So far I have hatched some Blue Laced Red Wyandottes that were purchased from a breeder and some Dominiques.

Good question, I think I will only keep one or two for breeding later on and the others will probably go to my brother in law. He also has chickens and has more experience with them.

Will he put them in his freezer? Unfortunately, all the cockerels that are hatched cannot stay.

Don't know about the freezer part for him as he is rebuilding his flock this year. My yard is kind of small so I can't keep everything I hatch. My first hatch went to a friend of mine who was looking for some to start his own flock. I am just enjoying watching them hatch at the moment, and taking care of my 8 ladies outside(EE, Australorp, Leghorn).
