There all my other duck eggs, put in at different times. I have one egg that his beak is sticking out but i checked on it this morning and it had this liquid coming out the egg and the duck hasn't made any progress.. should I be worried? Because I have an automatic turner and hes trying to come through the bottom where the egg sits in the hole.
Is the turner still on??
If you are going to try staggered hatches (not recommended, but can be managed), I would at least remove one row from the turner and lay the eggs down, 3 days before they are due to hatch.
If you can get a picture of the one with the beak hanging out, it would help us determine if you need to take some action now, or to wait.
But here's something to keep in mind -- if it pipped away from the air cell, it will definitely take longer to hatch. Normally their are inside the shell, breathing the air cell air, for a day before we even know it! Then they can still take a full day, even 40+ hours before being ready to zip. But pipping away from the air cell means the first 24 hours of hiding from us has been skipped. But it still needs that time to absorb the yolk. So other than trying to get it in a better physical position (laying down on the bottom of the bator) please don't rush trying to hatch it.
